1 out of 5 starsPoor service. I have tried the contact the shop a couple times to no response. First, it took 6 weeks to ship our order. Then we received it, the quality was just ok, it came so last minute that we had to give it as a groomsman gift anyway - only to break on the first use!

1 out of 5 starsI loved my original tie bar, but when I ordered a new one the shop never responded and I am having trouble getting my money back. Do not order anything from them unless you establish contact first to verify they are still in business. I still don't have my money back
